Private Mail Bags

Government departments, establishments, banks and large companies with branch offices can reduce the amount of time for their staff by taking advantage of MECS's Private Mail Delivery Service. MECS will transport mail in closed dispatches to and from the subscribing establishment's main and branch offices, at a frequency agreed in advance.

This services is made available to order a Pick-up 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Should you make your order on time before 7 pm (excluding weekends and public holidays), your Order will be effected the same day.

Any order received online after 7:00 pm will be effected the following working day.
You can also call our custemer Services No. 22413033 - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You will receive confirmation of your collections shortly via sms and or email. On collection, our courier will provide you with a copy of MECS Airwaybill.

Conditions

Accounts must be settled at the end of each month according to the conditions laid in the service contract.
